Each individual may hold only one crowdwin account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate closure.

The following Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and crowdwin ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the crowdwin website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services available at crowdwin.co. By accessing the crowdwin platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the crowdwin platform.
1.1 By registering an account on the crowdwin platform or by accessing any service provided by crowdwin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, the crowdwin Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
1.2 These Terms apply to all users of the crowdwin platform regardless of their geographic location within the Philippines, including but not limited to players in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and other Philippine regions.
1.3 crowdwin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the crowdwin platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via registered email address or platform notification.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play on crowdwin. This requirement is mandatory under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
2.1 To be eligible to register and use the crowdwin platform, you must:
2.2 crowdwin reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be registered by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be suspended and all balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
2.3 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may register and maintain only one (1) crowdwin account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. crowdwin may use technical and manual means to detect duplicate accounts and will close all duplicate registrations, retaining the right to void any winnings generated through such accounts.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crowdwin login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. crowdwin will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
3.3 KYC Verification. crowdwin is required under Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to verify player identities. You agree to provide valid Philippine government-issued identification documents when requested. Failure to complete identity verification will result in withdrawal restrictions and may result in account suspension.
3.4 Account Accuracy. You must ensure that your registered name matches exactly the name on your Philippine ID and the name on your designated withdrawal account (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank). Discrepancies may delay or prevent withdrawals.
4.1 Funding Methods. crowdwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the crowdwin platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Third-party payment processors or transfers from unverified sources are not accepted.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed within your crowdwin account dashboard.
4.3 Processing Times. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your crowdwin balance instantly. Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes for verified GCash accounts during normal operations. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on the crowdwin platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). crowdwin does not accept foreign currency deposits.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. crowdwin operates in compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended. We are obligated to report suspicious transactions and may request documentation evidencing the source of funds for large deposits. Deposits must be withdrawn to the same payment method and account used for depositing, to the extent technically possible.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by crowdwin are subject to specific terms and rollover requirements published at the time of each individual promotion. General bonus terms set out in this section apply universally unless superseded by specific promotion terms.
5.2 Rollover Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. Standard rollover requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. The applicable rollover is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. crowdwin reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet rollover requirements without meaningful risk, creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or coordination between players to exploit promotional terms.
5.4 Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds not used within the promotional period specified will expire automatically. crowdwin is not obligated to extend bonus validity periods.
6.1 All bets placed on the crowdwin platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each game or sporting event. Game rules are accessible within each game interface and constitute a binding part of these Terms.
6.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is confirmed and binding once accepted by the crowdwin system and a confirmation is displayed to you. crowdwin is not liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and table. crowdwin reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time without prior notice.
6.4 Voided Bets. crowdwin reserves the right to void bets in cases of technical malfunction, incorrect odds, or data errors. In the event of a void, the original stake will be returned to the player's crowdwin balance.
6.5 Live Casino. In live dealer games, the dealer's physical actions and decisions are final. Any discrepancy between the visual stream and the system record will be resolved using server logs, which are considered the authoritative record of game outcomes.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crowdwin platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
7.2 crowdwin cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in relation to any investigation of prohibited conduct.
8.1 crowdwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: a breach of these Terms is detected; a player fails to complete identity verification; suspicious activity is identified; or a regulatory obligation requires such action.
8.2 In the event of account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account (net of bonuses) will be returned to the player via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
8.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their crowdwin account may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
9.1 All content on the crowdwin platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text, is the property of crowdwin or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the crowdwin platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any crowdwin content without prior written consent.
10.1 The crowdwin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. crowdwin makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, crowdwin's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their crowdwin account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 crowdwin is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits or loss of opportunity, whether or not crowdwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
crowdwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools to manage their activity. If gaming is causing you distress, please use the tools in your account or contact support immediately.
11.1 crowdwin provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders at no charge: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits; session time limits; cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 months); and permanent self-exclusion.
11.2 Players who wish to self-exclude from the crowdwin platform may do so by contacting customer support or activating self-exclusion through their account dashboard. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
11.3 crowdwin strictly prohibits the creation of new accounts by players who are currently under a self-exclusion order. If you are self-excluded and attempt to register a new account, it will be closed and any balance returned to you.

12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to crowdwin's customer support for informal resolution. If not resolved within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the dispute to the appropriate regulatory body or competent court in the Philippines.
12.3 For disputes relating to game fairness or payout calculations, crowdwin's server logs shall constitute the primary evidence of game outcomes and shall be treated as conclusive in the absence of technical error as established by independent review.
13.1 crowdwin may amend these Terms at any time. When material amendments are made, crowdwin will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
13.2 Your continued use of the crowdwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
